Day One

So I have started today on my new journey. I am doing a 30 day challenge (Raw Vegan). I am following a beautiful lady named Freelee Frugivore. She has a YouTube station FreeLee TV. I would recommend going there if you are interested in learning more.
So I got up today totally pumped - I could barely sleep last night from the excitement. I walked to the store and bought 2 bunches of bananas, 1 container of strawberries, 1/2 of a cantaloupe, 1/2 of a pineapple, 3 apples, 1 english cucumber, 1 bunch of kale, 2 bunches of spinach, celery, 1 bag of frozen blueberries, a large knuckle of ginger, 2 lemons, 1 container of spring lettuce mix, 1 large tomato, 1 avocado. This is what I am going to eat today.

So when I got home a made a green juice - kale, spinach, ginger, apples, lemon, celery, and cucumbers. I also made a 7 banana smoothie with 1 cup of frozen blueberries, and a 5 banana smoothie with 1/2 cup frozen raspberries and 1/2 cup of mangoes.


For breakfast: I had 1 pint of green juice and my banana smoothie.

For lunch: I will be eating a melon, strawberry, and pineapple salad with another pint of green juice.

For snack: 1 quart of green juice.

For snack 2: I had the second banana smoothie.

For dinner: 3 cups spring lettuce mix, 1 avocado, 1 tomato, and 1 cucumber.

I also drank 3 liters of water and walked for 60 minutes and yoga for 20 minutes.
