Today was not a bad as I thought it was going to be. I slept really well last night and I believe that is the foundation of a good day. Sad new though, my food order did not arrive and so it looks like I will have to get what I can at the local market. Good news also, I got to walk to the store and get my exercise.
I did make a great salad and my family enjoyed it also. I adapted Kristina's recipe that you can view here: FullyRaw Holiday Salad.
Kristina has a lot of great video's that you can watch and help you with the transition.
Today I also made fresh orange juice for lunch. It was so delicious!! I made it with several orange varieties. Eight oranges made about 1 1/2 cups of juice.

I included baby spring salad mix to mine. I also only did half of all her ingredients and I still had a very large salad.
B: 3 bananas
S: 3 bananas w/ 8 dates smoothie
L: fresh squeezed orange juice
D: large bowl of my salad
W: 2.5L
E: 30 minutes of walking
